Somatic Practitioner, Embodied Woman Coach, NBC-HWC
I'm a Somatic Practitioner and Embodied Woman Coach. I support individuals who no longer feel like themselves after a first panic attack, major life transition, or overwhelming experience by helping them regulate their nervous system, reconnect with a sense of safety, and return to themselves.
Growing up, I was always the person who pushed myself to achieve. I was a competitive athlete, earning All-Star honors in both tennis and field hockey, and I carried that same determination into academics and every area of my life. But beneath that achievement was a nervous system constantly operating at full speed — I was great at performing and pushing through, but I didn't know how to slow down or create safety within my own body.
Then, during college, I experienced my first panic attack. Suddenly, the life I knew no longer felt the same. I had always been someone who could handle pressure, so feeling overwhelmed by my own thoughts and physical sensations was terrifying. Like many high-achievers, my first instinct was to research and analyze — but understanding my thoughts wasn't the same as feeling safe in my body.
That's when I discovered somatic work. Instead of only trying to control my thoughts or eliminate symptoms, I learned to work with my nervous system, listen to my body, and understand the protective patterns beneath my anxiety. For the first time, I realized my body wasn't working against me — it was trying to protect me.
I know what it feels like when your world changes overnight. When you miss the version of yourself who felt confident, capable, and free. Healing doesn't mean becoming someone new — it means reconnecting with the person you were before survival took over. My work is to help you understand what happened, rebuild trust with your body, and create a life where you feel calm, connected, and like yourself again.
